Upload a list — or pull one from your CRM — and Rhanta dials through it: appointment reminders, lead callbacks, seasonal offers, no-show recovery. Same calendar, same dashboard, same calm voice the inbound caller hears.

    Three channels: voice, SMS, or both

    Voice-only calls every target with Rhanta as the speaker. SMS-only texts every target without dialling. Voice + SMS sends a teaser text first, then dials — operators see 2–3× answer rates over cold-dial.

    Pick the objective, Rhanta runs the close

    Lead capture, sales, appointment confirmation, or info-only. The objective changes how Rhanta ends each call — whether to push for a booking, capture a callback time, or just deliver the message and end politely.

    Upload a list, paste it, or pull from your CRM

    CSV upload or paste a textarea. Names + phones are normalised, duplicates dropped, blocklist enforced before the first dial. CASL s. 6 consent (express / implied / exempt) is captured per-campaign — regulator-auditable.

    Scheduled or on-demand, with concurrency control

    Launch immediately or queue for a future date/time. Cap concurrent calls so the bill — and your customers — don’t get surprised. Pause, cancel, or resume mid-flight from the dashboard.

    Add a follow-up text Rhanta sends AFTER each call wraps — booking links, directions, callback numbers. Choose every call, only on bookings, only on captured leads, or only on no-answer. {name} merges the callee’s name.

    Voicemail drops on machine detection

    When Twilio detects an answering machine, Rhanta plays the voicemail message you wrote (or hangs up silently if you’d rather). Outcomes flow back into the dashboard so you see who got the live pitch vs. who got the recording.

    Real-time outcomes, per target

    Every target shows its status as the campaign runs — pending, calling, completed, voicemail, failed, skipped. Drill into any target to hear the recording (Pro+), read the transcript, and see what happened.

    CASL + cross-channel opt-out

    STOP to opt out of any campaign — the unsubscribe applies across every future call AND SMS to that number, not just the channel they replied on. CASL s. 7.1 requires this; Rhanta enforces it as the default.

Rhanta texts confirmations, follow-ups, and campaigns. Different countries enforce different SMS compliance regimes; here’s what we’ve already filed under each so your texts actually reach the recipient instead of being silently carrier-filtered.

    Long-code and toll-free numbers approved. CASL consent recorded per recipient on every campaign target — regulator-auditable.

  • United States · 10DLC + Toll-Free Verification

    10DLC brand + campaign filed via The Campaign Registry. Toll-free verification submitted to Twilio. Until a number is approved Rhanta holds the outbox rather than pretend-deliver.

  • United Kingdom · Ofcom long-code

    UK long-code SMS, sender-ID rules respected. Two-way reply supported for reminders and campaign replies.

  • South Africa · ICASA local

    Local +27 numbers for two-way SMS. POPIA-compliant data residency configurable per business.
